An all-new GMC Yukon came out in 2021. The exterior gets a complete redesign and also technical improvements. Under the hood is the same 5.3-litre V8 engine. The higher trims get a 6.2-litre V8 option. Rear-wheel drive is standard, where as four-wheel-drive is optional in the lower trims such as SLE and standard in the higher trims such as AT4 and Denali. Power is delivered through a 10-speed automatic transmission. The SLE and SLT trims are also available under Yukon XL which provides additional cargo room at the back. The interior of the 2024 GMC Yukon gets a 10.2-inch display on the dashboard, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. Other features in higher trims include ventilated later seats, rear-entertainment system, fridge cooler, panoramic sunroof, and wireless charging. It gets 18-inch wheels as standard with optional 20-inch wheels for the SLE and standard 20-inch rims for the higher SLT and AT4 rims. The AT4 rims are wrapped in all-terrain tyres. The Yukon Denali gets 22-inch rims. For improving fuel economy, all the V8 engines have cylinder deactivation and direct injection. Standard safety features include rear vision camera, front and rear park assist, ABS and front driver and passenger airbags. In the SLT, AT4 and Denali trims you get standard 7 airbags, forward collision alert, auto emergency braking, front pedestrian braking, intellibeam headlamps, blind spot monitor, lane departure warning and assist and rear cross traffic alert.
