An all-new BMW X6 launched as a 2020 model year. The same engines are carried over but have been updated for more power. This includes the 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-6 cylinder unit and 4.4-litre V8 turbo motor. Both are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Standard equipment includes power steering, power windows, keyless entry, push engine start stop button, leather seats, four-zone climate control, iDrive, LED headlights, wireless charging, and 19-inch alloy rims. Other options include cooled and heated cup holders, a panoramic sunroof with LED light patterns, up to 21-inch alloy rims, and laser headlights. An off-road package adds selectable off-road driving modes and adjusts the ride height, acceleration and transmission response, and traction control system. Safety features include front, side, knee and curtain airbags, traction control, stability control, brake assist, tyre pressure monitor, and ABS. Optional packages include driver assistance systems which have autonomous cruise control, lane departure warning, lane assist and collision detection with braking intervention.
