Gargash Motors, the authorized distributor of GAC Motor in the UAE, recently unveiled the all-new M8 at an event in Dubai. The seven-seater MPV has a 2.0-litre turbo engine and a host of creature comforts. The GAC M8 front fascia certainly doesn't hold back. The massive grille design is flanked by "Awakening Eye" LED headlights, which utilize dynamic LED lighting technology with adaptive features to enhance visibility, safety, and aesthetic appeal. They automatically adjust their direction and intensity based on driving conditions. The daytime running lamps' "Art Deco" design looks cool. All the trims get 18-inch alloy wheels. Inside, the M8 is designed to accommodate up to seven occupants. Highlights of the interior include the two captain seats in the rear, which are fully retractable and offer ventilation along with a 10-point massage system. The interior also features a massive 14.6-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a 12.3-inch LCD instrument cluster. Tri-zone A/C is standard across the trims. The higher trims get front and second-row windows with soundproof glass. All the models have panoramic roofs, and the top M8 GX trim, like a Rolls-Royce, has additional "starlight decoration". The M8 is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine delivering 248 horsepower and an eight-speed automatic transmission. It has many driver assistance and safety features, including adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, lane keeping assistance, a rear car approaching warning, rear cross-traffic alert, automatic parking assist, a surround-view monitor, and patented 360-degree all-around airbags.
